T-Series commercial exhaust fans has the most comprehensive and reliable range of commercial fresh air supply intake fans and exhaust fans, controllers and ventilation accessories are also available. Emphasis has been placed where the designer, installer and user need it most - with truly unique characteristics that will meet the stringent demands of a wide range of different applications.

T-Series range of commercial exhaust fans is available in four impeller diameters - 150, 190, 230 and 300mm (unit size 6, 7, 9, 12) and with energy efficiency in mind you can choose from a range of presetable speeds to match specific application duties. Models of our exhaust fans are available as window exhaust fan , roof-exhaust fan/attic exhaust fan, through wall exhaust fan, panel-mounted or ceiling exhaust fan, in-line exhaust fan and darkroom exhaust fan. Used in conjunction with an integrated range of Vent-Axia ventilation accessories, simple yet sophisticated ducted applications can be created to virtually any design.

   Best Practice

T-Series commercial exhaust fans has built a reputation for high performance combined with low sound levels and efficiency. A totally enclosed, capacitor start and run, long life motor and Speed Control Pack allows the performance to be preset inside the fan at the time of installation to give the required number of air changes necessary for individual applications.

With typical T-Series simplicity, the Speed Control Pack is plugged into one of three clearly marked positions within the fan. When used with a Vent-Axia T-Series TSC controller, the Speed Control Pack is simply removed from the fan socket and plugged into the controller.

   Patented Shutter Actuator

An important element in the success of the T-Series exhaust fan range is the positive action 'Interlock' shutter effectively combating backdraughts. The unique Patented Shutter Actuator developed by Vent-Axia has reliable instantaneous action that gives a quiet, positive operation when the fan is switched On and Off. The shutter will operate on both extract and intake and at any angle of mounting, minimising heat loss and ensuring maximum energy efficiency

   Accessories

The T-Series range of commercial exhaust fans is supported by an integrated range of accessories that has been specifically developed to give versatility and adaptability to meet individual design specifications.

The T-Series Direct Mount Spigot, Adaptor Kit, Extended Rod Set and a comprehensive range of grilles, louvres and fixing plates ensure complete adaptability when planning ventilation schemes.

   The latest T-series Ecotronic Controllers and Sensors

T-Series fan controllers and sensors can hand the control to the individual or alternatively, provide automatic control where required.

Vent-Axia's range of Ecotronic controllers includes Ecotronic single or multi-unit speed controllers to provide reversible extract, air intake and infinitely variable speed variation. There is an 'E' position for lowest possible energy usage and a settable minimum speed.

   Sensor Mode

Sensor mode is unique to T-Series and enables suitable electro-mechanical switches to automatically maintain the desired comfort level of a room with optimum energy efficiency.

The Vent-Axia ThermoSwitch and HumidiSwitch provide automatic responses to temperature and humidity, whilst the TimeSwitch, 7-Day Timer and Personnel Detector switch on the exhaust fan only at desired times.

The Air Quality Sensor and Variatronic Humidity Controllers provide energy saving solutions to the problems of smoking, toilet odours and condensation.

   Advanced M-Tech Motors

As part of our policy of continuous product improvement and to play our part in energy conservation, Vent-Axia have developed the range of M-Tech motors.

These motors are completely interchangeable with earlier models but give considerable savings in electrical consumption; the M-Tech TX6 motor uses 20% less electricity on high speed, down from 56 to 45 watts, with optimum efficiency figures of 35 watts when extracting 315m³/h.

   Fast Easy Installation

Careful design means that the T-series range of exhaust fans can be fitted, easily and quickly through wall, panel, window and roofs of all types. An extensive range of accessories is available for unusual or complex applications.

An integrated design approach means that installation involves snap together sub-assemblies requiring the minimum use of tools. This is important particularly in later years to give easy access for cleaning.

   Meeting Regulations

T-Series exhaust fans are designed to meet Building Regulation Requirements for controlled ventilation in non domestic buildings as well as dwellings.

Regulations require ventilation products to be isolated before routine inspection work is carried out. T-Series is designed to maximize safety whilst minimising effort when cleaning the fan. A 'service' connector plug is incorporated into the top of the exhaust fan which, when removed isolates the appliance and allows dismantling.

T-Series exhaust fans also features a unique fan Off/ shutter Open switch which will allow natural ventilation through the fan without the security risk of an open window.
